  This is the updated part of the chair. I changed the pipe to more wavy to give the chocolate liquid looks and make it more unique. And I realized I have to plug electric cord so the machine could work (for the button and booster for the hot choco tube). The mechanism is same with usual drinking machine (the one that usually in fast food restaurant). I researched and found out it has to have dinamo/booster so the liquid could be pumped.

This is some changes I have done for the furniture. This is the update. I will post for the tube and mechanism details on next post.

 This is my detailed on furniture ideas. I want some references on the furniture.

Second idea is a cup seating area where the seating area looks like a cup and it is above the river of chocolate so the customer can enjoy the scenery of it.

    For the first idea, I have idea of drinking chair. So this chair is connected with River of Chocolate and will provide the customer to drink by using mechanism on the chair. As you can see on the sketch, there will be tube and tank for the hot chocolate to be poured on your cup. There is also buttons to control so as a customer itself, you can experience and control how would you want your hot chocolate.  There is also a hole to put your cup, it will be placed on River of Chocolate space.

My proposal for this week forum which is how to improve our shopping experience to be better. My idea is to design a shopping basket for social anxiety user, when we are shopping, there will be some employees that approach us to ask or offer us something. Personally I found it kind of unpleasant because in some occasion, I just want to shop by myself without other disrupting. And for some people might feel it is too burdensome especially someone with social anxiety. My proposal for this issue is basket for those people, the one who just want to shop by themselves. The basket will have sign choices so people can choose based on their preferences. I also add on for the handle to be convenient because sometimes I found the handle from the basket is hurting when you were shopping for long time so the handle for this basket can be 'clapped' where the left and right handle is fit each other so it combines into one roller handle. Another medium that I would like to add on for this final project with Chocolate theme is the furniture design. The furniture design of course must represent the magical of chocolate, so in that case I really want to make an aesthetic yet functional furniture. These are few references I found interesting This is my sketch idea for the furniture

 For the medium, I decided to make a cup fo hot chocolate. But it is not a regular cup, I got this inspiration when I'm thinking a hot chocolate with marshmallow on top, it is a common drink but have you ever thought that sometimes it is annoying when the marshmallow were drown too long and made the marshmallow loses its texture?  So the medium I chose is a special mug for hot chocolate with marshmellow, for the idea and the sketch can be seen below This is the main idea and the mechanism, for the aesthetic of it will be updated next.

There is issue that I want to bring on by doing this project. We know some people just want to eat certain brands especially chocolate from old brand. A way to deal with this issue is by making many more attractive ideas of the space itself, make it as attractive as can so people will interested to try it. Also we can use our senses to attract people such as make the chocolate smell can be smell by surrounding. It was inspired by one of cafe in Malaysia called DIPNDIP, every time I pass through that cafe, it smells so chocolaty and I'm so tempted to go there!  It is important to make people want to try our new products, so it need brilliant unique idea for the spaces, such as Charlie and The Chocolate Factory! Who don't wanna go there? It is such a magical space. That's why I really want to make this Chocolate World where people not only will get chocolate but also interesting and unique experience!

 This post will explain the narrative of my ideas which is chocolate. It includes the activities of its space. 1. River of chocolate this place will allows people to dip their preferrable snack to dip in to chocolate (like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory!)   2. Chocolate Mine I have asked some of my friends about the chocolate world, and they said it will be bored if there is no interaction/fun activity such as games in the chocolate world. So there is an idea that crossed my mind which is Chocolate Mine, where people have to dig/find the chocolate gold bar in the Chocolate Mine.   3. Chocolate Pyramid In this area, you have to made pyramid from the chocolate bricks and if you have done you will earn the mummy chocolate. This space will have egypt vibes.      4. Heaven of Chocolate I called this heaven because this space will have sky and clouds look on it. It is inspired when I wonder whether there is chocolate cotton candy. Not only you can experience the heaven of chocolate but yo

 After compiling ideas and several references, this is my digital board to ease me develop the design.

For this post, I will include some references and ideas for the medium.  Since I want this idea to have product but also experiences, there will be packaging for product. These are some references that attract me for it.   To have a good packaging, it must have a simple one but has aesthetic value in it. It also important to have packaging that is not too complicated to open for the user. I also want the packaging will have elegant look to show the aesthetic part of it The other medium that can be considered is promotion of the item. These are some unique and attractive promotion.
