Assignment 01 - Electrical Wiring and The Justification
Electricity is one
of an essential component that required in building construction in this modern
era. Even though people still can have light from the daylight sources from
window or reflection of shiny façade, we still need artificial lighting to ease
people in living their daily life. That’s why electricity is important in
building, since it is easy to use and brilliance invention that ease people to
do their job.
This time, my assignment is about electrical wiring that is installed in my room. So I must assuming the electrical wiring on the ceiling and later I will observe whether there is problem about my lightings and VAC Equipments.
Doing this assignment, I have to observe my room's lighting and its VAC Equipment, also I went to electric stores to observe the price range and what lightings that has been sold in the city.
One of my discomfort issue is the lighting bulbs, In my room, the owner provided us with warm white bulb which is actually healthier for our eyes. So the luminance is not too conrast for our eyes. But personally, I prefer to use white light such as cool daylight because I feel warm white light make the room looks darker and not bright enough for me. And as a design student, where we usually use various colors and lines, the lighting really affects me on doing it. As example, because of the wrong lighting, we miscolour out design, we thought the color is already dark but actually the wam-white lights is the one who make it looks brighter than before.
