Final Assessment [Heat Insulator product]
In this assessment, there are two parts of it, part one is about heat calculation of all walls of the room then the problem wall should be analyzed and we will make insulator product from it.
My product is Thermal Cooling Pocket Sheet which help to reduce Heat Transfer by activating endothermic reaction from cooling gel.
This cooling gels are placed inside the thermal
aluminium sheet that has 2 different sides. The side that will placed facing
the outside part is made of polyester that help to block the light and heat.
The opposite side is the thermal aluminium sheet with pockets which make it
multi-functional to store things.

Description
Install this Cooling Sheet on the window panel or any
panel on your walls to make your room cooler. With the cooling gel, it helps to
lower the room temperature which creating a cooler room. This was because in
cooling gel pack contains water that are wrapped in pack with ammonium nitrate
fertilizer which create endothermic reaction that absorbs the heat.

Installment Instructions
1. Refrigerate
the cooling gel packs minimum 8 hours for optimum effect.
2. After
done refrigerating, place the cooling gel packs inside the thermal sheet.
3. Attach
the Velcro Tape ① on
aluminium frame of the window or any desired wall surface.
4. Stick
the pair of Velcro Tape ② on ① and wait for the cooling effects.
Care Instructions
·
Use damp tissue/cloth to clean the thermal aluminium
sheet
·
Refrigerate cooling gel packs for at least 4 hours
before using the product
·
Replacing the cooling gel packs if there is a leakage
on gel packs or dried out gel packs
·
It is recommended to replace the gel packs in 8 months
to prevent bacteria infection
